Anyone who flies a flag other than the official New Zealand flag when representing New Zealand should have all government funding removed.

I agree that NRL is a vastly superior product to Union. And, as a result, it's a gold mine. When was the last time, apart from finals, Super Rugby played to packed stadiums? Pretty much every NRL game plays to a stadium at least three quarters full. Super Rugby is boring. Too few teams and too short a season. A contrived "finals" round which the Crusaders usually win. Christchurch is earmarked for a future NRL expansion side - the Orcas - but that will be a few years away.

Decent jobs, infrastructure developed thus it is reliable and affordable, what’s not to like indeed?

A happy crowd enjoying themselves too.

Political flags though - shouldn’t be there in my view.

There is a sense of 'positivity' in Qlsd, that has been lost in NZ. Why one wonders? Bring this back, long term vision missing here sadly.

Swings and roundabouts, Anna. It'll come back :-)

Goodness me Peter! All these years and it is your FIRST Warriors game!

After that taste, I hope they can play some good games down south.

Queensland is very well supported by the mining industry , FIFO is a big employer and therefore tax adds up quickly, to be used in infrastructure.

Let's hope we here in NZ will see the benefits of mining, in the next few years!
